Sooner or later, this drama over AI Art programs will settle once people figure out how to use the tool and reach an acceptable agreement regarding the actual issues. On the other hand, the consequences for the disrespect that certain parties have shown are going to be around long after the debate is finally settled... I know I have permanently added a few artists to my blacklist over this. Because I'll be honest, the way some of you "No AI" artists draw and the way you behaved even before this became an issue, it's no wonder that you're getting replaced by a toaster...

Well this has been an interesting two weeks for anyone in the tabletop RPG community already. We started the year off hearing rumors of that Wizards was making a new update to the Open Game License that has been supporting the hobby for about twenty years now. Then on the 6th, we get a leak that a journalist at Gizmod decided to make public. What happened was a week of utter chaos and outright civil war within the hobby space until on the 13th, Wizards of the Coast issued a very corporate apology that reeked of narcissistic gaslighting... So, so far 2023 is not off to a good start when it comes to being quieter then the last two years.
